It’s been a long time coming, but we’re proud to finally announce the launch our new website. It’s user-friendly and highlights what we do best: helping businesses achieve greatness through technology.
We’ve designed it to be easy to navigate, using the ribbon of drop boxes at the top of the screen highlighting who we are, who we serve, what we offer, news/info and how to contact us.
Our homepage features direct quotes from some of the law firms, medical practices and other businesses we work with, demonstrating our passion and commitment for client satisfaction. Network 1 will be performing our annual client satisfaction survey in the next couple months and we are excited to hear what our clients have to say about us.
By using the survey platform, Net Promoter Score, we are able to measure and understand our clients’ experiences. We would like to thank our clients for their continued participation, helping us with feedback that we’re using to improve our client services.
Network 1 will continue our focus on helping Atlanta businesses achieve greatness through technology and strive to improve client satisfaction every day.
