Andy Lam

Dispatch Engineer

Andy is a Dispatch Engineer with Network 1. In this role, he works with clients to help troubleshoot hardware issues so that they may work more effectively and efficiently. He brings with him a background in IT and has worked as a Technical Analyst in higher education.

He is a graduate of Clayton State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (General Informatics). Away from work, he participates in the College and Young Adults Ministry at First Baptist Jonesboro’s Vietnamese Branch and is a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

Originally from the Bronx, New York, Andy now resides in Morrow, Georgia with his family. His philanthropic involvement includes serving at homeless shelters, and he has participated in mission trips to third world countries to help the less fortunate. In his spare time, he enjoys gaming, anime and studying the Bible.
