Tuesday Tip: How To Find an Alternative for an Expensive or Sold-Out Product

Ever found a product you loved but it was too expensive? Or sold out? Here’s a hack to find a duplicate (“dupe”) for any product.

Let’s say I love the Serena and Lily Driftway Coffee Table that retails for $2,298, but it’s sold out. What to do?

In your browser:

• Open a tab and go to the Serena and Lily Website.
• Find the Driftway Coffee Table.
• Go to the URL and ADD Dupe.com/ at the beginning of the URL.
• From there dozens of options will populate that are similar to the product.

In the app:

• Download the Dupe.com app.
• Snap a photo of a product you like.
• Hit the See Dupes button.
• Scroll through the product options.
