An IT Team that Exceeds Expectations

SITUATION

One of Atlanta’s most respected names in homebuilding, known for well-crafted new homes with a personal touch, needed help with their IT. As is the case with many companies, ensuring their network is as safe as possible and functioning properly, is critical. As this company grew, they needed more IT support than their in-house team could provide. While they originally hired Network 1 to manage their system backups, soon thereafter, they brought Network 1 on full-time to manage all their IT systems, help procure and maintain their hardware, and provide the necessary support desk services.
