If you ever need to do math on the fly and don’t want to open your calculator app, there’s a quick way to get an answer you may not know about.
Use the Spotlight Search to perform basic calculations by typing them directly into the Search field.
- Swipe down from the middle of your Home screen.
- Tap the Search field
- Enter your equation or formula, and the result will appear underneath.
- NOTE: Use * to multiply and / to divide.
