Tuesday Tip: Boost Efficiency with This Simple Outlook Trick

Outlook email scatter, on man's hand. If you often send similar emails—like announcements, reminders, or client updates—here’s a shortcut that can save you serious time: Ctrl + F. Most of us know this as the “Forward” command, but it’s also one of the fastest ways to reuse an existing email without starting over.

Here’s how:

  1. Open the email you want to reuse.

  2. Press Ctrl + F.

  3. Outlook opens a forward copy instantly.

  4. Update names, dates, or details.

  5. Add your recipients and hit Send.

Why it’s a game-changer:

  • Keeps your formatting—links, bullet points, and signatures stay perfect.
  • Saves time—ideal for monthly reminders or repeated updates.
  • Reduces errors—consistent messaging every time.

Pro Tip:
Keep a “master” version of your most-used messages. When you need it, open the original and tap Ctrl + F to create a fresh copy in seconds.
