Our Team
David Gracey founded Network 1 in 1998 with a vision for an IT company that would combine technical expertise with a high level of personal service. For more than 25 years, his vision as President continues to shape how Network 1 serves its clients and how its teams work together.
In 2026, David moved into the role of CEO as longtime Network 1 leader Stuart Rose became the company’s second President. In his new role, David works closely with Stuart as they lead Network 1 into its next chapter, building on the culture, service philosophy, and growth that have shaped the company to be what it is today.
Since founding the company as its sole employee, David has built Network 1 into an established IT services company serving small and mid-sized businesses throughout Greater Atlanta. He remains actively involved in the business while creating room for the next generation of leadership to continue moving Network 1 forward.
David is also passionate about helping business leaders better understand technology and the role it plays in their organizations. He regularly speaks to professional organizations and has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Physicians Practice, American Bar Association publications, and other business and industry media.
A Georgia Tech graduate with a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, David grew up in Clarksville, Tennessee, and has called Atlanta home since 1985. He is a member of Service Leadership, Trinity Presbyterian Church, and The Capital City Club.
Outside Network 1, David can usually be found in a fitness class, on his bikes, flying his airplane, practicing yoga, playing golf, trying new cocktail recipes, searching for great coffee, or spending time with friends, his three adult children, and his two rescue dogs, Juniper and Jägermeister.
