Windows 10 Multiple Desktops

By Kevin Jackman

Anyone who has multiple monitors will tell you that it is a life saver when it comes to efficiency. However, many people may not have 2 or 3 monitors to expand their workload. Talking to one of our engineers, Michael Saba, I learned a neat Windows 10 trick that allows you to have multiple desktops, even if you only have one monitor.

On your task bar, click the icon that looks like Railroad tracks.

Click “New Desktop” in the upper left

Select “Desktop 2” and add more

This feature emulates multiple monitors and offers clean space in an otherwise cluttered environment.
