Skillshare: Variety of courses; includes Creative and Lifestyle categories. Can get 2 months free.
Udacity: Technical and programming. Get discount (after you login).

Khan Academy: Free (they take donations). Focused on K-12. Interesting list of interviews with entrepreneurs that caught my eye:
Coursera: Focused on college courses, offered by universities. Annual membership: $399.
