Tuesday Tip: Fashion Forward

By Alisa Michael

Fashion Forward TechnologyAngie Antonini, Office Manager at one of our law firm clients, Antonini & Cohen, recently shared one of her favorite new apps with me for iPhone: Vogue Runway. It keeps fashion-forward women in the loop on the newest styles. This app allows you to read the reviews of posted fashion shows, see the photos and share them with friends via social media, texts, or emails.

While my wardrobe pales in comparison to the outfits seen on runways, there is another fashion and style-focused app that I enjoy using as well. For $3.99 you can download Stylebook on your iPhone, a great asset to keep track of your clothes, shoes, and accessories.

Stylebook AppStylebook allows you to take photos of different items in your wardrobe and organize them. There are four different ways to add photos of your clothing; you can take a photo, import a photo from Camera Roll, copy/paste a photo from the Internet, or add images from the Shop feature.

Stylebook App 2Stylebook will also create outfits for you using clothes you already have. The Outfit Shuffle feature provides you with 10 outfit ideas at a time. You can save the looks or go back and shuffle them again to generate other combinations.

For those fellow Atlanta Association of Legal Administrator attendees who want to remember which outfit you wore to a specific event, you can add your outfits to a single day on the Stylebook calendar. Simply tap a day on the calendar and select either an outfit or piece of clothing. Other features include searching your closet, texting outfits to friends, and creating packing lists.

So whether your wardrobe consists of items that are one-of-a-kind boutique items or off-the-rack pieces, you are covered this spring!
