Troubleshooting Sound Problems

If your sound goes out just before or during a video meeting, your Windows computer
has some functionality that might allow you to find / fix the problem quickly.

Right click the speaker symbol in the bottom right of your screen and select Open
Sound Settings:

From the menu, select the Troubleshoot button:

The program will ask you a few questions about
what device to troubleshoot – follow the prompts and allow the program to fix the
speaker issue.

Reminder: This is not a foolproof way to fix a
sound issue but it may help you out in a pinch.
