I have never had a major conversion or system change in this office without something going wrong, extended downtime and employees screaming. It was all done remotely and properly and that was a relief in my world. Our total downtime was only two minutes while the firewalls were being switched. Network 1 stayed on top of it, kept me informed, and I felt very comfortable through the entire process.
