- Client business initiatives and changes
- Our level of service delivery including areas for improvement, accomplishments, specific issues, feedback and any necessary adjustments
- Current network and services provided
- Future roadmap / recommendations for change
These business reviews are action-oriented. All follow-up activities are captured, communicated and tracked and one-week and three-week action status meetings are held to ensure progress and client satisfaction.
