Creative Uses of the iPad in Litigation

The AmLaw 2012 survey shows strong iPhone, iPad support at the most profitable law firms, but how are firms using the iPad creatively?

It’s almost always preferable to have witnesses appear live at trials or hearings, but a video appearance may be appropriate if that isn’t possible. This video from The Hytech Lawyer demonstrates the use of the iPad for presenting witness testimony.
