Our Team

As a desktop engineer at Network 1, Miles spends his days working with clients to understand, identify and resolve software and hardware issues. His previous experience as a Network Operations Center (NOC) engineer where he focused on designing and managing client networks gives him added knowledge and streamlines his work today.

A Long Island, NY native who currently lives in Canton, GA, Miles studied computer science at the State University of New York in Binghamton. When he was five years old, his dream was to grow up to be a hero, which he is to the clients who depend on his to solve their IT issues. And with six sisters and a brother, he certainly knows how to thrive in frenetic situations, a skill that allows him to face even the most frantic client calls calmly.
