As a Dispatch Engineer with Network 1, Juan brings a decade of experience to his role where he spends his days helping clients identify and resolve the source of their IT issues. This includes both on-site and remote troubleshooting and support for hardware, software and networking needs. The West Berlin, N.J., native and current Marietta resident, has an Associate’s degree of Science in Information Technology/Computer Network Systems.

The youngest of three siblings, Juan puts his IT knowledge to use by building custom gaming PCs outside of work. The gaming and mountain biking enthusiast also loves Salvador Dali.
