Emmanuel has always been fascinated by technology. In his role as escalation engineer, he is the person that takes on more complicated issues when the support desk can’t solve them right away. He is also the support desk documentation champion and works closely with the network engineering team on higher level task resolution as well as research and development. He is Microsoft Excel-certified and frequently pulls on his prior experience as a project analyst for a merchant credit card processor to build successful strategies and processes to help clients achieve their technology goals.
He’s a born and bred Georgia boy, having lived his entire life in Norcross. In his free time, he enjoys soccer, gaming and tech gadgets. He also plays guitar, piano and most percussion instruments.

- While vanilla is his go-to ice cream, his favorite dessert, like a good Southerner, is fried Oreos.
