Our core functions consist of running day to day IT operations as well as helping our clients on make well-informed IT decisions so their businesses run as efficiently as possible. Simply put, we are the IT department for our clients.

In the Desktop Engineer role, you will be responsible for helping our clients resolve their day-to-day IT issues. In doing so, you will gain experience working with desktops, laptops, servers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and a multitude of software that our clients use to run their companies. In order to succeed in this role, you need to be highly organized, have a passion for customer and peer service, have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, be detail orientated, and embrace a growth mentality.

• Location: Sandy Springs, just off Hammond exit, 400 South
• Base Salary: $40,000 to $60,000 depending on experience
